At FashionLaura, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
